Five ultimate badasses and a Burke
If you plan on getting the Get Away from Her You B*** expansion this is a must-have. The extended campaign is potentially impossible without some replacement marines, and even Burke can be potentially useful if someone is willing to play him (But he's kind of useless as a grunt). Most of the characters in this expansion are B-team material but aren't terrible. The experience cards are also an invaluable way to get an extra edge, especially when trying the extended campaign.
