Always in search of entertainment to stave off boredom, the gods are hosting a grand tournament in which heroes compete to become a demigod! To attain this ultimate reward, heroes must master magic dice while facing glorious ordeals on celestial islands and making offerings at the divine temple. All that remains is to find a few capable heroes to put on a good show.
In Dice Forge, each hero receives two dice with removable faces that they can modify and upgrade over the course of the game. Through this customization process, heroes channel the random power of dice to take control of their fate!
With each roll, heroes collect resources and open up a host of possibilities. They become more powerful by purchasing new faces to upgrade their dice. To win additional rewards and glory, they must also face ordeals devised by the gods. Heroes' divine dice are their most precious allies in their quest for a place in the pantheon.

A wonderful dice-roller
This game offers an interesting take on dice-based games with customizable dice. The rules are simple, but the game play is rich and varied.

I recently had the pleasure of playing Dice Forge, and I must say it is one of the most enjoyable board games I have played in a while. The game mechanics are simple yet engaging. You roll dice to collect resources and spend them to upgrade the dice and gain special powers. The game play is fast-paced and the length is just right for a family game night. The game offers a lot of replayability due to the modular board and the dice you can customize. The game also offers a good balance between luck and strategy. It is easy to learn and accessible for all ages, making it a great family game. The artwork is also quite nice and adds to the overall aesthetic of the game. All in all, I highly recommend Dice Forge. It is a great game that offers a lot of fun and strategy. It is sure to be a hit at game night!

Fun game with great production and unique dice-building mechanic. Long set-up and put-away time can be a bit rough.

Pros: Super easy to learn and lots of dice rolling. Cons: Longer set up time, game play doesn’t vary much between games.

Amazingly unique. Good for 2 players. Almost no downtime at all
Good: almost exactly ~45 min to play. Very low downtime for non-active players. Low direct combat. Brilliantly unique. Very cool art. Smart box design. Super replayable. Works as well for 2 players as for 4. Easy to learn. Bad: soo many little pieces that can get lost or fall in the cracks of the box layout. Some cards weighted so high in value that they tend to be the focus of actions by everyone pretty reliably.

Fun quick dice game!
Very fun quick little dice game that is not quite as luck dependent as one might think. Only flaw is that there is not a ton of variety with card option so games might get stale after several games of play

Best game I bought in 2017, so far.
I loved the game, I love the rules, it's so easy to explain that I can get people played it within minutes on their first session ever. It's simple but complex, and good all around.
