Picture Perfect

Picture Perfect is a relatively simple puzzle game with a unique theme. It was fun trying to get everyone in position based on the limited information available to you. This is the type of game that is pretty simple to teach, and the gameplay is interesting, but not knock-your-socks-off amazing. You're basically just doing a puzzle on your own little player mat. But extra fun comes in with the theme, though, since you may get information about how this person doesn't want to be anywhere near this other person, or other similar requests. As you're playing you can't help but imagine storylines for why these people want to be positioned the way they are. You also come to either love or despise characters based on how well they integrate with the rest of the group. So overall I'd say the game with a different theme would be around a 4, but with the photography theme bumps up to 5. Within this family game category anyway. I forgot to mention that taking the picture at the end with your phone is actually pretty fun too. You really have to get the angle right to get that perfect picture.

Such an easy game to get into! I love how simple it is to teach and how quick it plays.

My family loves this game. We have only played it at 3 so far and it's been super fun but I will be looking at getting the expansions. I love the theme of taking a picture with a group and trying to satisfy everyone ( very unique). Trying to remember where certain people have to go can be quite tricky but it's super fun and the auction on envelopes adds another layer of strategy to the game. Easy enough to teach new players and it has enough meat to satisfy seasoned gamers as most will not have played anything like this. GET THIS NOW!!!!!

Fun deduction game

I am running out of room for games, so I have been trying to limit my purchases to games that would offer something different to my collection. This game is very unique and fun! Picture Perfect requires you to remember each client's photo preferences, but you can't please everyone! It's harder than it seems and very entertaining.

If you're looking for something not quite any other game, this is it. A big hit with my play group. Game play includes a lot of humorous grumbling about the conflicting requests by the characters in the game. A nice amount of strategy for a fairly light game.

This is a good one for families and especially good for guests. It's different from most of the games out there and it's very easy to teach. The scoring can be tough to understand but that is a small complaint.

Let's start off by saying this game is a whole lot of fun. It plays well with 3 and 4 players, but the more the merrier, so I got the 5th and 6th player expansion. You start off with a bunch of people who want there picture taken but each of them have specific requirements on how they want to be photographed. Your job is to make as many of them happy as possible. With only knowing a limited amount of information about each person's wants at any given time. There are 2 ways to play. With one being a standard trading of people/ information and the other being an auction mechanism where you bid with items off of the table, which is central in everyone's picture, and are points at the end of the game. I haven't played with the auction mechanism yet but just the base game play is very fun and easy to teach. Don't sleep on this one. Get it before it goes out of print.
