Maud Decombe
Maud’s career is a lot like a mullet, 10 years of boardgame industry experience in the front, and a love for board gaming and fun in the back. She is excited to bring her insights to Miniature Market, and make the shopping experience great for new, and loyal customers alike.

"Over the years I have taken immense pride in watching the teams here grow personally and professionally. In my free time, I enjoy reading, cooking, baking, and hiking with my family."

As the VP of Operational Excellence, Malachi aims to provide the best service possible to all customers. He can see how he wants something to operate and is on a mission to work with the team to get it just right. "Since I have started working at Miniature Market, my favorite memory was hitting 3k orders shipped for the 1st time and doing a flip for the staff as an incentive." While we all focus on work, we also make time to focus on fun. "In my free time, I enjoy watching both of my kids play sports."

As the Accounting Manager, Anthony is able to work closely with each department to sell our large amount of inventory. "I am able to work with good, smart people as part of a team." In his free time, he enjoys golf, watching football, basketball, and baseball, and reading mystery or thriller books.
