Monster Menagerie 3 #30 Fire Giant Dreadnought (U)

For the price this is a great stand in for the more expensive versions of this monster. My only complaint is the pose is very off balance but that can be remedied by just adding counterweights on the base like: Heavy rocks on the opposite edge, washers on the bases bottom, etc.

This mini is so badass. Can't wait to throw him at my unsuspecting players!

This mini is really good. The size of it is appropriate (Huge size for D&D) and the sculpt is excellent. One minor gripe I have is that these awesome shields are supposed to look like they're loaded with flaming, burning coals, but the one I got has none of that coloring or detail. Also, while the giant is wearing cool fire giant armor, his skin is blue. So, cool mini, but not very firey for a fire giant.

This mini is cool; the shields were easily adjustable. It will make an imposing villain in my upcoming campaign.

Nice big miniature, great cost. I bought two for my Against the Giants campaign.

Was actually very surprised by the size of this figure must have not read carefully since it is a giant. Still a fun figure to have

Excellent mini for use in out of the abyss!

He is a great addition to my Fire Giant Army. He is a very unique mini that will stand out, even among your other giants. His two dreadnought shield gives me many ideas for fire giant encounters (shield bashing players, slowly advancing on players trapped between him and a cliff overlooking a lava flow, etc). The only thing that stopped me from giving him 5 stars was his shields don't sit perfectly aligned. That might not be the case for each unit and I am sure I can force it back into alignment if I wanted to do so.

Comes on a 3 inch base and fills it very well. Some how one of the shields was bent a little, but I think it adds a nice first steps look to it. They are slightly smaller then the Fire Giants from Storm Kings Thunder.
