Box Insert: War of the Ring 2nd Edition

Insert compatible with War of the Ring (2nd Edition), and the Lords of Middle-earth Expansion, and Warriors of Middle-earth Expansion. The design provides both efficient storage and improved game play. Many of the trays can be utilised during the game, and they greatly aid set-up and clear-away times. The board and rule books act as a lid on top of the trays.
The tray has space for all cards to be sleeved.
This product consists of a flat-pack of 7 Evacore sheets. The trays require assembly, which is quick and fun, using ordinary PVA glue. Detailed instructions are included in the package.
This product is intended for a box size of 40.6 x 27.9 x 9.1 cm.
Game(s) and components are not included.

Necessity
You have to buy this for your game. It fits Lords of Middle Earth and Warriors of Middle Earth - and some promos. However, there will be a new expansion, Kings of Middle Earth, which will probably not fit into this box, but this is yet to be seen as the expansion is not out yet. None the less, it's a tight fit and you will probably have to move some parts around to other compartments to make the box close properly, but it's still great to have everything separated and easily taken out and put back into the box. Greatly decreases setup time.

I have many folded space!
If you like to make your own crafts for ttrpg, this will be super fun for you. Its easy to build, just buy some elmers glue, let it dry and boom done. Its really durable and organizes my game for easy setup and take down. Well worth it. Dont let the building the trays keep you from buying.

Just Adequate
The insert goes together easily and seems to stay together fine if you’ve done a decent gluing job. That said, a few of the containers feel cramped and you have to micromanage how bases are positioned to actually fit the figures. Even with everything perfect, the box also ends up having a degree of lid lift once you add the board and manuals on top. Overall I’m not completely displeased with the purchase, but it’s not as good as other inserts I’ve gotten for other games.
