This exansion adds a great deal to the base game: more items to buy, more crew, more ways to play. It also adds more support for solo play. This expansion adds a great deal of replayability to a game that is already very replayable.

Everything that was missing in the original is here in the expansions.

Adds a lot to the base game
Oodles of new cards, characters, and chicanery! We played a 4 player game, took about the same amount of time, maybe a 15 more minutes. Well worth it on a much anticipated expansion.

Awesome expansion!
This expansion not only increases the longevity of the game itself, but adds a substantial amount of content as well, even allowing you to play characters you previously encountered as NPCs in the core set. The core worlds mechanic allows players to wrap around to the other side of the galaxy, preventing bottlenecks that occurred before. A great addition!

Unfinished Business
This expansion adds good variety, lots of cool, new cards for the market decks, and the goal cards that add focus to your playthrough. If you are a fan of Outer Rim, this is a must!
