Proprietary dice are bad but as far as dice go, they are nice

Always having extra dice is nice. These dice do have numbers and symbols on them making them good for custom games as well.

If you want to limit the dice-passing at the table, getting some extra packs of these dice is the way to go. Great quality and you can't go wrong with MM's prices!

Imperial Assault is a fantastic game, even now - years after they stopped making expansions. However, sometimes you may not want to shift dice back and forth between players. So, an extra set is perfect for this. Highly recommended.

I love when games like this put out extra dice packs. There's just something about having loads of dice and not having to share them that gives me the warm fuzzies. I have purchased multiple of these packs now as I have multiple children I play this with (with highly modified rules) and it works well for them to all have their own dice. All of these have come in perfect condition and look very good on the table.

In SW:IA, FFG has developed a quite good combat system. This system relies on symbols and unique dice (by color) for attacking and defending. This accessory to the game (not really an expansion) can serve as replacement to lost dice or a second set to keep the game moving along - so you are not constantly reaching across the table and searching for the colors you need. The production quality is excellent and, unlike other FFG Star Wars games (X-Wing and Armada), this pack is entirely optional.
