Flaming the Curse
To me this is a must have expansion for KoT. It adds a new layer of depth without adding more cards to the buy pool. Each round is completely new with each roll giving you a tense action to see where it lands.

Very good
The curses add a lot of change to the game, without being overly complicated. Gaining an additional character is just a bonus!
