Kinda balanced
Fairly fun to play! If you play 1v1 feels mostly balanced. But if you play a 1v1v1v1 game, I feel the hobbits have an edge.

Great sets LotR Commanders
Each deck has interesting theming and mechanisms. Powerful enough to compete straight out of the box.

Definitely worth buying all four
Great for fans of mtg and Lord of the rings and a fantastic intro to the game for a group of people that do not play magic.
