Seafarers expansion
Good expansion a must have for playing the Hawaii map. This adds much life to a great game.

Bigger But Better
This game is the perfect way to cure any boredom felt from the first game. Especially when combined with Cities and Knights, there are so many different ways to play this game. Haven't really been bored of this one yet.

First must have expansion
Loving Catan but want to add more to the game? Look no further than Seafares. Seafares adds some new dynamics but do not over complicate the game. It allows for more options than the stand alone game with building ships and sailing off to new islands for victory points. The game also includes some fun scenarios that change up the normal game pace. I highly recommend this game expansion as the first choice if you are looking to change up the pace of your normal family game night.

Must buy for Catan fans
My family loves Catan but I was getting bored with the very similar routine that the game seemed to have put me in. This expansion changed that. The adding of the smaller islands, multiple scenarios, shipping routes, etc. was able to mix up the game play enough for me to enjoy the game once again.
