Riding into battle astride an angry mawbeast is perhaps the best proof that a goblin monarch isn't always of sane mind. As if that wasn't bad enough, they also tend to arm themselves with the biggest weapon they can find to make up for their diminutive stature.

Great model, but with some mold slippage
Some pretty significant mold slippage and bubbles in the resin knock off about a star and a half - it's relatively easy to patch up with your choice of modeling putty but I'd rather not have had to. Light warping on the halberd, but a dip into boiling water helped straighten that out (careful if you follow suit!) That said, basically every one of Mantic's resin miniatures I've acquired has been genuinely charming beyond what the studio paint job communicates - once it's cleaned up it's a pretty delightful little goblin.
