You can't use it often, but it'll get a rise out of your group when you do
Great mini. It looks good, with a nice paint job, and it does a fantastic job of provoking a reaction from players the first time you put it on the table. Its strength is really its only flaw too: you're only going to get that wonderful mixture of WTF and dread the *first* time you use it, and I suspect that if you use it too much it will quickly become a joke; that means the value isn't quite there because you'll be wanting to use it sparingly. Still one of my favorite cheap figures, though.

Awesome Surprise Undead
So you've got an undead-heavy dungeon, and you need some really unique monsters to give your PCs a hard time. You've done zombies and skeletons to (un)death, wights and wraiths get old fast, and vampires are too predictable. Boom! Enter giant undead hands; an excellent combination of gore, dark humor, and just plain ole "what the heck". The sculpt and paint on each is excellent with lots of nasty details (the trailing ligament on the top is my favorite part). These can be a great way to break the monotony of everyday undead. I have just picked an undead monster's stats (like mummy or shadow) and used it for the hand's stats. Players get that sense of dread and excitement at a new monster, and the GM gets to throw a curve ball that doesn't require an entirely new monster setup to run. Price-wise they are not bad, and worth the quality you pay for.
