This Mini is a Critical Miss
While I love the various NPCs you can pick up in the Rusty Dragon Inn Booster Packs, this one has to be among the worst. I like the premise, but the execution is poor. The paint job really brings down the whole piece. Luckily, this piece is extremely cheap, and could probably be salvaged with some touch-up paint.
