It's hard to describe how satisfying Stone age is to play. While a lot of dice rolling results in a game that has a large component of luck, true strategy plays can still find ways to win consistently. Players assign their tribe members to various different tasks and then roll dice to see if they gain the rewards or not. This surprisingly simple game takes on a surprisingly level of complexity from the sheer number of options players have to send their workers out to do. The rule book is a little complicated, but once you figure out how to play (and it really doesn't take that long) everything else becomes immediately intuitive. One of the best things about this game is that there is very rarely blow outs where one player dominates the field. The winner is very often decided in the last couple rounds of play. Great with friends. Great with families. This is just simply a great game.
