Small World

Small World is a great game to introduce to people who might be hesitant to play other conquest style games like Risk or Game of Thrones The Board Game. The artwork is bright and fun and the crazy mixtures of race and class abilities make for a lot of unpredictability and replay value. My favorite part is that there are different boards to match the number of players. This keeps things well balanced and the crowded nature of these boards reinforces that this really is a small world that you're fighting over.

The game is great straight out of the box but the expansions add a lot of variety so don't be surprised if you find yourself trying to collect all of them!
