Sea Salt & Paper

This gameplay feels different. I'm not sure if it's the pretty art or the actual mechanics or maybe a mixture of both. But this lightweight game is an enjoyable play at a great price point. It's great for travel...we've already played multiple games on our flights coming home (appropriately) from the sea.

Played it first on Board Game Arena and bought hard copy for a present. Fun and easy to learn game!

Sea Salt & Paper is a quick card game with interesting choices and tempts you to bet on your round score being better than everyone else's for a big point payoff. Scoring can take a bit to understand for new players, but it's worth the payoff. A great filler to pull out with the family or to wrap up a game night.

What a fun little set collection card game. We love this game so Michigan we have purchased it for Christmas gifts.

I love the look of this one, there is a little bit of take that and quite a bit of luck around what cards you end up getting, a good few cards at the start of the round will get you the win. The mermaid strategy seems like a come from behind win option, but I haven't played enough to see it done.

I was drawn to this game because of the art. But it plays really well too. Just a nice little game in a small box

Great game in a tiny travel size box. Art in all the cards is beautiful! Gameplay is engaging.

Perfect little game. Beautiful artwork and amazing quality cardstock. Very light but great for taking to a bar or playing with someone who is not into heavy games.

Exceptional game! Lots of subtle decisions. It shines for two players, it has that feeling of fighting in a phone booth. About 40 plays and I continue to value it more after each play. Small, very portable and very economical deck. It's an addictive game!

My wife and I enjoyed the relaxed yet competitive nature of the game. It’s the first game my wife asked to play twice in one session. Having only played at 2, I’m excited to see this game played with 4. Highly recommend!
