A Jazzy Workshop Extravaganza!

Shuffle and Swing met on a starry night while dancing the Cheeseyton under the moonlight. Their love for jazz brought them together and has kept them together for over three decades. A few years back, they opened their very own instrument factory and called it their "Fabulous Factory of Marvelous Musical Gadgets for Giants".

Now, they're looking for a new partner to help with the booming business. You and your fellow players are managers at the factory who are looking to make a name for yourselves, with supervisor mice at your employ to recruit cats around the factory and build giant jazz instruments. Since this is a team effort, you can make use of anyone's supervisor, but a supervisor will recruit workers only for their own boss! Careful planning and plenty of bragging will be needed to make sure the instruments get finished and the proper managers get credit for it.

In Shuffle & Swing, the player who builds the most efficiently, while ensuring that their work is noticed by Shuffle and Swing, will score the most points with their jazzy bosses and win the big promotion!

Shuffle & Swing is rich with crunchy decisions thanks to dual-layered rondels of department positioning and action die selection. Yet it also stays firmly rooted in classic design principles: clean systems, tight interaction, focused scoring, and fast-paced gameplay. Players can even use each other's supervisors (dice) as they face shared incentives to complete instruments before game end.

As you navigate the ever-shifting, player-driven rondels, you'll encounter a wide variety of instrument competitions and combinations from one play to the next.
