Should have been in base game
Ridiculously overpriced expansion, even for DVG and their notorious nickel and diming for every one of their titles. Spruance Leader is very good but save this purchase for last or skip altogether.

Great add on but not needed to enjoy the game
Unlike the other two expansions, this one is not a true expansion but more of an addon. More allied ships, subs and commanders. Good stuff if you like the game and want more variety in your task force composition.
