This new version features exciting new additions, including random hazard tokens, such as wrecks, oil slicks, and more. Damage isn't merely one and done. Now, you'll draw damage tokens with exciting effects that can send your car careening across the board. You'll also have more choices on your turn, assigning one of your dice to your command board to repair damage, nitro boost, or send out your attack copter to fire away.

Fun and quick to learn
Great four-player interaction of game. Even as first player eliminated, feel included in the whole game.

Great racing game, better with more players
Played it for the 1st time with 2 players. Definitely a fun racing game but there wasn't a lot of action in terms of wrecks, damage, air strikes, or attrition. Much more fun with 3 players. More players = more cars = more action besides just driving down the street avoiding obstacles.

Mad Max: The Board Game
Played this with a mix of new and veteran board gamers and it was enjoyed by all. Very easy to learn, and teach. The was tension and even when someone got in the lead there was an ability to slow them down. Would recommend for anyone who is a fan of racing games and/or Mad Max movies.

Excellent Game
This is an excellent game. It's nice to have a game in my collection that is simple, fun, and does not take too long to play. Perfect game for those times where you don't want to deal with complicated rules and a lot of setup. Can't wait for Miniature Market to get the expansions in.

This game is a hit!
This game is a hit! It is a very accessible game with a good balance of decisions versus luck. It is chaotic, but it feels like you have the right amount of control. I was surprised how much I enjoyed this one. The game pace is perfect and it’s not too long or too short.

Fun game!
Fun game that is easy to lean and play.... it's a fun mix of racing, shoot em up, and dice rolling that makes for a fun game experience.

Awesome game!
Thunder Road is a super fun game that will no doubt be a regular in our collection. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast this is to learn, components are very high quality and depending on how you choose to play it can go fairly quick. Highly recommended.

Fun
Yeah this game is fun. We played it twice on the same day after unboxing. It's easy to learn, easy to bring to the table. A perfect 'evening after dinner' game. It's light and it's fun. This is perfect for people that enjoy 'take that!' games and mess with other people's moves.
