The first signs are always small: bandits on the roads, pirates on the Dessarin River, monster sightings throughout the Sumber Hills - all too close to the lands of civilized folk. To top things off, a delegation from the dwarven city of Mirabar has gone missing. Are these events all some bizarre coincidence, or is there a deeper reason behind them?
Working through its prophets, the Elder Elemental Eye has emerged to spread chaos across the Forgotten Realms. How will the adventurers prevent absolute devastation?
A Dungeons & Dragons adventure for characters of levels 1-15. Includes new spells and the element-touched genasi as a new playable race.
For use with the fifth edition Players Handbook, Monster Manual, and Dungeon Master's Guide.

Great!
Great book IMO. People like different adventures for different reasons or sometimes feel one is better than the other but call me a sucker for adventure and intrigue no matter the journey or outcome. I won’t reveal any spoilers, play the adventure and have some fun, you deserve it.

A great sandbox Adventure path for characters
I've been running this path for the last three months with 5 relatively new players. The intro story is great and the hooks work really well to bring people in, but the adventures drop to slow slogs starting at 5th level. I really wish Wizards would start putting better glossaries into their books so it's easier to find things, like page numbers not just chapter references. My book is also falling apart with the binding detaching and some pages beginning to pull out. The further I move into this adventures the more I wish there was a bit more meat on the bones of the story. If you plan to run I would read some of the lore so you know what to plant as seeds. Otherwise you will have PCs who have no clue why they are going places. I would also use milestone levels instead of using XP. I've been giving outtons of extra XP frequently so my charactres will have enough power to fight the next encounter.
