Wardlings was created with younger RPG players and their families in mind. The fledgling adventurers of these painted miniatures have a magical ability to see their animal companions, a trait of which only children are capable. Each adventurer will come pre-painted, fully assembled and packaged with their designated companion, who will assist them through thick and thin.

Not a 28mm kid but nice
The cat is quite small but in scale with the girl. This could easily pass as a full grown person for 28mm games.

Recommended
As with all Wardling minis, this is meant to portray a junior adventurer. The flavor text on the box makes it seem as though the Wardlings are pre-adolescents, and seem proportioned as such, but in terms of scale they're all about the same size as an adult from the other WizKids line(s). This one is a well-sculpted cleric, and the tressym is a nice addition.

Good for a twilight cleric and a really weird cat
The winged cat is certainly a fairly unique shape, though the paint job on it is rather lackluster. Conversely the cleric has more detail than expected both in sculpt and paint.

Cat with wings...what more do you need?
You have to glue the base to the figures yourself, but the figures look great, especially for prepainted ones. Very good detail. Plus, it's a kitty with wings. Do you really need to know anything else?
