More!!
I am very excited to add more replayability to the Dungeons and Dragons board game system. All the other expansions and games have been great. So is this one.

Great value on fun game with multiple uses.
A solid expansion to an already fun game. The base Adventure System is a pared down version of 4e, and this expansion adds some 5e flair while still keeping the game simple. The underground cave and town tiles are fantastic for regular D&D use as well. Plus you get a bunch of unpainted Sahuagin minis, which are harder to find on their own. Great value on multiple levels.

A Reward for Long-Time Players
Ghosts of Saltmarsh is an expansion for Wizards of the Coast's adventure series of board games, and it's the first of its kind. Rather than a stand-alone game, this is a literal expansion, reliant on one of the other games to provide essentials such as player characters and in-depth rules...and even some of the monsters. This latter gave me the most concern when I ordered the box, but after scanning the rules booklet, I realized that this was no timid, half-measured attempt at creating a new supplement with a minimum of expense. This game rewards long-time players by digging deep into the creatures that came with virtually all of prior sets, and allowing the full range of player characters to adventure through Saltmarsh as heroes. Folks who do not have every set are not punished, because options exist for any creatures that can't come to the table, but WoTC didn't let themselves get bogged down with concerns about who might not have what. This expansion shoots for the stars, but accounts for every light year between here and there.
