Resistance is deduction based game where players are either spies or resistance members and your allegiance is secret. Depending on your role you are either trying to fail or succeed missions.
As a resistance player you have to deduce the intentions of your cohorts and carefully chose who you take on a mission. Can you trust the person next to you? Why is someone being so quite or loud?
As a spy you must play the part, fail missions without revealing yourself, and provide as much misdirection as possible.
This game is great because it is relatively easy to teach and games don't take very long to play (depending on how much finger pointing goes on). Players have lots of fun trying to mislead, plead their innocence, and accuse others.
The only drawbacks are this game is best with a good moderator and playing many games can be surprisingly exhausting.
