For decades, Orcs and men used to cross the border to fight each other for food, vengeance, or just for fun. Over time, both groups got used to it: anyone born in this rainy region grew to be a natural-born fighter. Then, the zombie plague came across the land, sweeping aside armies, townfolk, and the border itself.
We, the survivors, are looking for answers to the necromancer threat. Would you come with us deep in the Orcish territories, facing the horrendous tainted zombies in a savage land? Are you up to the challenge of an unprecedented Zombicide?
Meet new friends and learn new tricks as you hunt Zombies with 4 new Survivors and 19 Equipment cards, including 6 magic Familiars! Test your firepower against the Tainted Walkers, led by a Tainted Abomination, throughout 10 new Quests in wild territories. You can even use the 5 new tiles to create your own epic adventure!

Friends are good to have
This expansion adds more unique enemies but most importantly, it adds basically pets. These are nice combat pets that can really help out each play style. Since they share a characters turn, they don't feel overpowered too. It's a nice addition to throw into the zombicide fantasy games.

Great Addition
This is a great addition for medieval zombicide fanatics- maybe a skip for more casual players. This adds a new zombie type who explode and damage survivors in the zone when they are killed, as well as animal companions who add abilities and can be instructed around the board by the survivor controlling them. Probably the least interesting medieval zombicide expansion, but still adds enough unique elements to be fun

More Heroic Survivors and Their Friends and Enemies for the Green Horde version of Zombicide!
This expansion provides 4 more heroic Survivor figurines with ID cards. There are 6 animal familiars (companions). And 19 more Zombies including a tainted Abomination! Plus 5 more game board tiles and 10 more quests for the Green Horde version of Zombicide. Zombicide is my current top favorite game to play and the more ways to play it, the better!
