Everything you love about Clank! and more
Played the original Clank! but heard this one was better. So this is the one I bought. I really like it. Has a modular board on top of the minor and major secrets that get randomized. Also with the factions on the cards you have to think a little more about what you want to add to your deck so your cards can combo off each other. I highly recommend this game.

This is one of my all-time favorite games. I enjoyed it so much that I got all the expansions. I also sent this game to one of my coworkers in another state so the joy can be shared. Clank Legacy is even better if you have the $$. I got that for my best friend and his wife for Christmas. We played through the campaign and loved every minute of it.

An Avid Gamer’s Adventure
We’ve only played once since getting this but it was a lot of fun. It does seem to be a longer game so it’s likely one you will plan specifically to play rather than just a random game night type game. For us we leaned more into the deck building mechanic since we all had more experience there. The real fun started after we had grabbed the treasures to begin escaping. On future play throughs I would plan to focus on this aspect more than building my deck each turn. That may play a little faster. Overall I’d say if you’re an avid gamer and enjoy games with a little more complexity this is definitely worth picking up. The quality of the components is good overall, but I personally want to get custom standees for the meeples. The humorous card references also make for a lot of fun. This is one I am glad to have in the collection and look forward to future play throughs!
