Much better at two player than original.
Beautiful art work and great game play with two. Why’d I wait so long to get it.

One Game in No Complaints
If you love Wingspan - these new birds are going to be fun. I've played the 2 player mode once and will never go back to playing two player standard Wingspan. The Dual Mode is a great additional and will help me get this already awesome game to the table even more often.

Great Expansion, perfect for 2 players!
Very good expansion. Love that it can be played as a full standalone 2 player game that feels authentic in gameplay to base game wingspan. Have not tried using it as an expansion for 6-7 players with the base Wingspan, but looking at the rules it seems pretty seamless. Additionally, they devised mechanisms (easy to read card labels, game setup for food/bird feeder components) to keep components separate from the base game too if maybe a friend owns the basegame and another owns the expansion. Art is beautiful, gameplay is compelling, highly recommend it!

A familiar game with some new twists
A wonderful expansion/ stand alone addition to your Wingspan collection. I love that it breathes new life into your gameplay with Duet mode. The new cards were much needed and there's some surprising new abilities that many will find intriguing to learn. The only down side to the set is that the amazing dice tower bird feeder from the base game is sadly absent in this set. Also, instead of getting a set of clear plastic bowls you'll get only two sided bowl made of some form of craft cardboard. So I highly recommend picking up the base game at some point if you don't own it. That aside, this is a wonderful game and is perfect for new comers and vintage players alike.

Wingspan Asia
Wingspan Asia can be played two player only with the duet board- unlock tokens from your player mat be by placing birds, the tokens then can be placed in a bit of an area control manner in the duet board by meeting certain criteria. It also introduces birds that allow you to push your luck by rolling the bird feeder dice- gain rewards or bust. I love this stand alone/expansion- I only play Wingspan at two so this added a beautiful layer of crunch with the duet board. I've played Wingspan with European expansion, but I don't own either, so I haven't combined Asia with the base or other expansions yet- so if you don't want to buy it all this is the perfect place to start and probably no need to go further. It's beautiful as well.

Another great Stonemaier game
This is a great addition to the Wingspan family. My wife and I enjoy playing this as a standalone game. I was also able to get my daughter to play with me as well. The whole family enjoys playing this game. If you are looking for a great two-player game with a relatively short playtime I can't recommend this one enough.

Very fun and colorful birds!
This is a heat addition to Wingspan, I do not care to try the 7 player module however the two player model is very enticing! All the cards from all the expansions fit in my gorgeously custom made insert by the shipshape gamer.com too!

Fun for Couples!
I've been lucky enough to play the base game of Wingspan with some friends a smattering of times over the past few years and have always enjoyed it. It's been on my list to buy, but it was hard to justify when my kids aren't old enough to play games like this yet and I don't have a consistent game group. Wingspan: Asia changed that by introducing Duet mode. My wife and I broke it open to play our first round and I think it's going to become a regular on our table when we're in the mood for a beautiful engine builder. Thanks, Stonemaier, for another great one!
