Hero Realms

I picked this up because I love Star Realms, and this also proves to be a winner. The different game modes available through the add-ons are great!

You can finish a 2 player game in under 10 minutes and is very satisfying for how quick.

Hero Realms is another great deckbuilder from the same company that produced Star Realms, and if you have played Star Realms its super easy to pickup this game. Unlike Star Realms this box plays 2-4 as opposed to just 2. Gameplay is fairly simple, you use card values and powers to buy more cards from the market and work to dispatch your opponent with attacks. While there can be a lot of text and iconography with a little patience its fairly easy to pick up. Winning on the other hand well that can be tough for some people, especially me. The art is very good but can be a bit on the creepy side, the card quality is excellent and the the packaging is thick and heavy. All in a all a really nice game.

Star Realms with quality of life improvements that plays slightly shorter. You can even get expansions turn it into a cooperative campaign game!

A deck-builder in a small box! Unfortunately this one just didn't work for me. After playing this several times I realized I'd much rather play Dominion or Clank! any day. Hero Realms is a decent little game but just not enough for me to keep. I'd suggest try before you buy.

Hero realms takes the basis of Star Realms and puts a theme that can be seen in the amazing artwork and felt in the tone of gameplay. Each player will enjoy the huge swings back and forth in a single match so you never know who will win.But with a depth that,allows for strategy based in what factions you choose. I liked star realms slot but hero realms has me hooked.I,will say that the character packs are a must buy initially but at such a low price,point you won't be,disappointed as it adds so much to gameplay and feel.Deck building perfection.

If you like the game play of Star Realms, this one will appeal to you. Add the optional character packs, most of which play really well, for an even better experience.
