The time of Ragnarok has come, and the gods will not sit still in the lofty halls of Asgard while the world crumbles into oblivion. Odin, the All-Father. Thor, the Victorious. Tyr, the Lord of Battle. Frigga, the Mother Protector. Loki, the Trickster. Heimdall, the Watcher Guardian. Hail the gods, and they will cover you in Glory!
This expansion introduces a whole new element to Blood Rage: the power of the Asgardian Gods! Each of the gods influences the province they occupy in a unique way, affecting the basic rules of the game. The combination of the gods in play helps create unique dynamics each game session. It will be up to the players to adjust their strategies to the gods on the board, benefiting from their effects, avoiding their influence, or manipulating them to hinder their opponents.

Great set of minis
These are such cool Norse god minis. CMON does quality work. I don’t even own the base game, I just really wanted to paint these bad boys.

Buy the other expansions first.
This expansion has some great models in it. However, I find that using them in games is not very fun and can get repetitive because of the restrictions on where they can be placed.

Excellent for Game Play
This doesn't include a lot in it. However what it does do is add the god cards. The god cards are enormous in how they affect each of the three ages. It creates a world of better game play and vastly increases the replay ability. Now not only do you have to manage your own drafting strategy but the gods will make a certain strategy even better.
